Reservations & Cancellation Policy:
By making a reservation with our accommodation provider, you accept the cancellation and no-show (if you do not show up) conditions as well as any additional terms and conditions of the accommodation provider, which may affect your reservation or your stay.
Cancellations of reservations for 1 to 30 nights can only be made free of charge if they are made 1 month prior to the arrival date; otherwise you will lose the deposit paid up to that date.
Any cancellation of long-term reservations (more than 31 nights) can only be canceled free of charge with a four months’ advance notice; otherwise you will lose the deposit paid up to that date.
No-shows (if you do not show up) lose the deposit they have paid.
Any credit issued to a client shall be valid for one year as of the cancellation date, and such a credit may be used only for future reservations of accommodations.
No credit will be issued due to force majeure reasons.
Modification of Reservations:
For reservations during the high season (December 15 through April 30), changes can only be accepted if made three months prior to the arrival date; otherwise the customer must pay the time reserved in full. Applicable to reservations of more than 31 nights.
Any reservation of 1 – 30 nights can only be changed free of charge if the changes are notified one month prior to the arrival date; otherwise the customer must pay the full period of his reservation.
Changes are subject to availability; in case of non-availability, a credit will be issued to the customer. No credit will be issued and no reimbursement will be made in case the customer changes his reservation by reducing the number of nights of his stay.
No reimbursements or credits will be given in case the customer leaves prior to the period of time he reserved.
Special rates or offers do not allow any changes or cancellation of the reservation.
Taxes and Service Charges: The 18 % IVA tax is not included in the rates and must be paid in addition. The municipal taxes do not apply.
